Lafose day 2019 is the 34th edition of the week long festival set aside annually, to celebrate the sons and daughters of the ancient Ode Remo kingdom home and abroad.
According to the custodian of tradition in the Kingdom, HRM Oba Surv. Adetunji Amidu Osho, The Alaye of Ode Remo, Lafose day is also a day put together by the illustrious sons of the soil to uphold the cultural values of the land and project towards its development.
The 34th Lafose day which usually involves a lot of activities spread across a whole week did not pass without the active involvement of music, as the Popular Fuji Maestro Dr. Adewale Ayuba lit up the final night with his distinct indigenous Bonsue-Fuji style.
However, the night was graced by the presence of Chiefs and important sons and daughters of the Kingdom; young and old.
