JAMB Charges Candidates N2,500 For Corrections

Candidates who intend making corrections on their Universal Tertiary Matriculation Exam (UTME) online forms would be charged N2500.

This was disclosed by the examination body in charge, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

JAMB opened the portals for the candidates to make necessary additions and omissions from the information registered ahead of the examination.

Corrections

According to a statement released on its Twitter page, candidates can make corrections on names, passport photographs, UTME subject combinations, choices of institutions/courses and date of birth.

“Only Approved CBT Centres are allowed to make these changes. Payment can be done via Remita before proceeding to the Centres.

It also added that the 2017 UTME registration ends midnight Friday, 5th May, 2017.

” Exam dates remain unchanged. 13th May- 20th May 2017. We will notify you when your exam dates and centres are available”, it stated.
